Portland, ME and Washington, DC, May 27, 2011 – 4tell™ Solutions, LLC, (“4tell™”) a leading provider of Sustainable Performance Governance Solutions, has been awarded a multi-year contract by the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). This contract, which was awarded through 4tell’s U.S. General Service Administration Schedule FAC03 Contract, provides BIA with portfolio-wide condition and lifecycle assessments, space utilization and functional adequacy studies, as well as comprehensive inventory validation services across its built environment.
