Job description:
We are currently looking for dynamic, high-energy, and driven professionals with strong business acumen and a proven track record of initiating and establishing new business relationships to build out the 4tell Solutions sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be at the forefront of 4tell’s expansion strategy. Prospecting and contacting potential clients, you will be our brand ambassador, educating potential customers about the power the iPlan platform provides them for Capital Asset Planning. A passion for our technology will be the defining characteristic that sets you apart from the candidate pool.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and provide quality information regarding our solutions
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries via the web and phone
- Achieve monthly quotas for field sales team meetings and appointments
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for field sales
- Maintain accurate and timely forecast that is kept up to date as the opportunity progresses through the sales cycle within Salesforce.om
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide an exceptional client experience
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relatable experience
- Experience in telesales role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Resilient attitude
- Self-directed worker with track record of successful, credible lead follow up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
- Time and territory management; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- Ability to work in a high energy sales team environment; team player who thrives in collaborative environment
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiar with business level CRM (Salesforce.com a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ideally located in Portland, Maine or Boston, MA
Working for Us:
4tell™ has offices in Portland, ME and Toronto Canada. This position will support the 4tell Solutions field sales team and be based in Boston, MA or Portland, ME. No relocation is provided for this role.
Compensation is competitive, composed of base salary and standard 4tell™ benefits. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
