Service Partners use the iPlan™ Technology-Enabled Assessment Solution, and its supporting tools and technology, as their core service delivery platform for work flow process and report generation for Property Condition Assessments; Energy and Environmental Assessments; Security Assessments; Life, Health & Safety Audits; and, Sustainability, Regulatory and Compliance Reporting. This turn-key solution is ready to go "out-of-the-box" and requires minimal set-up, configuration and training to provide the delivery of industry standard report outputs.
Service and Distribution Partners elect to, in addition to the Service Partner capabilities set forth above, become distributors of the iPlan™ Sustainable Financial Performance Solution to their Clients to allow them to leverage the data and information developed through the various assessment processes beyond the standard report deliverables. Reselling technology licensing creates a new recurring revenue streams for the Service and Distribution Partner but, more importantly, it creates an ongoing Client relationship and the opportunity for continued expansion of services and positions the Partner with a compelling competitive advantage for future work as the Clients trusted advisor.
Strategic Partners opt to, in addition to the Service and Distribution Partner capabilities set forth above, fully deploy and configure their internal work flow and business processes, analysis and prioritization methodologies, in-house intellectual and proprietary property, subject matter expertise and reporting models into the iPlan™ Technology-Enabled Assessment Solution, typically with Strategic Partner private labeling. 4tell™'s Strategic Partners include multi-disciplined firms with a variety of service-line offerings including architectural, engineering and construction firms, energy service companies, facility assessment and service companies, management and information technology consultants, energy efficiency and DSM consultants, and security and sustainability consultants.
Implementation and Distribution Partners provide technology implementation, integration, configuration, training and support services for the iPlan™ Sustainable Financial Performance Solution, which can be seamlessly integrated or bundled with complementary software applications. Implementation and Distribution Partners expand their core technical service offerings while creating new revenue opportunities and expanded Client relationships.
